DICE has yet to clarify why the pack has seen a week-long delay, but it's likely due to the problems experienced with the content's initial Premium roll-out which saw the DLC delayed on Xbox One and PC.

At the time, the developer said that Premium members would still receive two weeks early access to the content, but it wasn't clear that this would also affect the roll-out on unaffected platforms, including PlayStation 4 and Xbox 360.
