In an enlightening interview with Laser Lemming Nordic Game's Martin Kreuch reveals the swedish publisher's plans for their recent haul of THQ ips, including Darksiders.
GCM - "Hack and slash action games are somewhat of an inexplicable rarity on the PC. Off the top of my head I can come up with Darksiders 2, DMC and the new ultimate edition of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow for action-brawlers released in 2013, so when Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death launched on Steam I was as intrigued as I was surprised, but once I started playing it I was totally hooked on the insane premise and even wilder game design. Kratos may have met his match when it comes to big bad asses with bad attitudes."
The biggest bargains include Defiance for $7, and a ton of games at $9 including Hitman: Absolution, Darksiders II, The Walking Dead. $10 gets you Dead Island Riptide or the original, Far Cry 3, Sleeping Dogs, Crysis 3, The Amazing Spider-Man, MUD, Dishonored, Gears of War: Judgment, NBA 2K12, Assassins Creed III, Mass Effect 3, and Tomb Raider.
The transaction of THQ's final assets has taken longer to finalize than expected, and the future of properties like Darksiders amp; Red Faction is uncertain.
