As mentioned in reviews Deadly Premonition is a game that is very similar to Twin Peaks in style. This is one of the reasons that it surprisingly has such an avid following, even if the game itself is somewhat flawed. The gameplay and control are often sluggish and can be annoying at times but the fact is that the quality and unusual style of the game keeps fans much terested than the gameplay itself. One of the most appealing parts of the game is the comparisons that can be made with Twin Peaks. The show is widely regarded as one of the best to ever grace our television screens so fans very easily find the similarities and are hooked, they want to see just how deep the similarities go, and these are in fact pretty deep.

Too many used the term "it's so bad it's good". Wrong. It's not bad. Low budget graphics don't make a bad game. Deadly Premonition The Directors Cut is a great game; a cult classic that will be remembered for a long time to come.

We are less than one week away from the North American release of Deadly Premonition: The Directors Cut (available April 30 get excited!). And while we could wait until early next week, right before the game ships, we just cant contain ourselves any longer! Probably due to all of the coffee weve been drinking over the last few months.
