Some of you may know me as the Merc with the Mouth. And its true...Im a mouthful. Not to mention, one of the most popular characters in the Marvel Universe these days not that Im bragging or anything. OK, Im totally bragging, but to be fair, Im also totally awesome.

'I wasnt hearing great things about Deadpool but after trying it out at a recent launch event I thought Id give the game a go and come to my own conclusion. And Im glad I did because although the combat is a little rough around the edges, this game is actually one of the funniest and most entertaining games Ive played in a long while.'

Deadpool seems like the perfect protagonist for a videogame. But is this 4th-wall breaking, loudmouth mercenarys game actually any good?
Here is a snippet:
"Deadpool plays somewhat like a hyperactive combination of Dynasty Warriors and God of War think the combos, juggling and environments of GoW, crossed with the huge numbers of enemies and massive combos of the DW series. If, on paper, that sounds like a good mix, then unfortunately prepare to be more than a little disappointed."

Warp Zoned writes:
"Deadpool is the Marvel equivalent of Marmite; you either love him or you hate him. From his crass and vulgar sense of humour to his habit of breaking the fourth wall and talking directly with his gathered audience, the Merc with a Mouth offers some sweet comic relief in place of grim, dark, and brooding superheroes. But how is the characters transition from comic to video game?"

SP:The Deadpool game is a decent experience. Had a bit more care and a bit more money been invested in terms of gameplay or visuals, it might have been another shining moment in terms of comic book-based games.

'Comic books and superheroes are continuing to invade the media, in television, film and computer games. With the recent influx of superhero movies we have seen many game and film tie-ins but there are few superhero games that have been worth writing home about. The most successful I can think of is the recent Arkham series focusing on DC Comics hero Batman.'

Deadpool has been growing in popularity over the internet in recent years. So much so that High Moon studios, the guys behind the new transformers games, have decided to give Deadpool his own game.
Deadpool is all about the one and only Deadpool. Hes a schizophrenic psychopath with a multiple personality disorder who cant die. Deadpool himself is awesome, but game on the other hand, isnt.
