Beyond: Two Souls hands-on preview | Thunderbolt

Added: 30.09.2013 0:21 | 1 views | 0 comments

Matthew Sawrey, Thunderbolt writes: The substantial demo for Quantic Dreams Beyond: Two Souls (a nearly half hour slice of the game) had two distinct halves, one of which was enjoyable, the other of which was tolerable. This is largely down to the fact that the game has two primary protagonists. The face of Beyond is Jodie Holmes, portrayed by and modelled on Ellen Page. Video Preview: Beyond: Two Souls |Rely On Horror

Rely on Horror: Beyond: Two Souls release date is just around the corner, so today I have done a small preview of the demo that will be on PlayStation Network on October 1st. I entered into the game blind, not knowing what to expect from Quantic Dreams latest cinematic experience, and I had a pretty good time. There are some issues that I can foresee a lot of people having trouble with (namely the QTEs without signifiers), but overall it was an exciting play. Hopefully the full game can continue to offer that level of excitement with a compelling and and smart narrative.
