GamingSoFar: There are total 10 the memento photos from completing the "Wandering Mother Base Solider" side ops. Once you have a photo, you need to take it to Paz at motherbase. She can be found on the 3rd floor of the medical deck. You need to show her all 10 photos. Each time you show her a photo she will go to sleep, so you need to leave motherbase and come back or smoke a phantom cigar (phantom cigar doesn't always advance enough time).
