Is the new rAge Expo mascot sexist? A local game developer gives his opinion

South Africa's longest-running annual video game exhibition rAge (Really Awesome Gaming Expo) recently unveiled their new mascot for 2015. The design is a stark departure from previous years, with 2015 seeing character Roxy dress in rather short hotpants with most of her buttocks exposed. Is the new mascot sexist, or just going with gaming culture? South African games developer Matt Benic gives his opinion.
