The video games of tomorrow could be mind-blowing experiences, the likes of which we can't even conceive right now. But the industry won't get there unless creators are willing to take risks and embrace new challenges. That's according to --have bold visions for virtual reality as it relates to gaming, those appear to be longer-term plans rather than anything to expect soon. That isn't to say they aren't exciting pieces of technology, only that VR as a consumer medium isn't going to take over the world tomorrow.

VRFocus- It was only a year ago that virtual reality (VR) technology was seemingly confined to small-scale community meet ups and minor appearances at the likes of E3 when it came to events. Now in 2015 there are a wide range of industry shows for fans to either attend or follow along with, including the likes of the upcoming South West VR Conference (SWVR), Silicon Valley VR Conference and Expo (SVVR) and the recently announced VR Los Angeles Spring Expo (VRLA). VRFocus - This week sees the 2015 Developer Week Conference and Expo take place in San Francisco, California, USA. The technology show itself runs from 10th - 11th February while further events will be taking place throughout the week.
