OXCGNs Assassins Creed IV Black Flag Review

Added: 05.11.2013 6:17 | 6 views | 0 comments

OXCGN: Assassins Creed IV Black Flag marks a new step in the path of the Assassins Creed series. It brings us a well penned story to cast us a sea on our journey, and puts the player into a beautiful world to explore. After sinking more than forty hours into the core of it alone, I am still scouring the seas for the many Assassin and Naval contracts yet to be completed, and the many small uncharted islands waiting to be scoured for hidden treasures. After playing all this on current generation consoles, I am confident, with the release of next-gen consoles, the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions will see me invest just as many hours once more

onPause Review: Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag

onPause writes: When Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag was first announced earlier this year I had two gut reactions. My first reaction was; Yes Assassins Creed set in the Caribbean with ship combat and open world pirate gameplay I want this. My second reaction was doubt; Another numbered sequel already, after a semi-lukewarm reaction of Assassins Creed III? This left me incredibly interested and anxious to get my hands on Black Flag.

5 Irresistible Hints That Assassins Creed 4 And Watch Dogs Are Connected

Added: 05.11.2013 5:17 | 9 views | 0 comments

"Theres something really, really off about the modern day plotline with Black Flag however. Im not sure if its just Ubisoft as a creative outlet that is now lost with their own project or if theres something far more mysterious going on. It has been directly stated countless times by Ubisoft that there would never be an Assassins Creed game strictly featured in a modern era, and its not exactly challenging to grasp why. Youre essentially alienating a sizeable chunk of your fanbase because even though people enjoy the overarching story for its rich and eerie mysticism, they dont want to play an entire game that consists solely of it. People flock to Assassins Creed for bold retellings of history featuring fictional badass Assassins. What if Ubisoft created another franchise though? A new franchise already stationed in modern times, but one that plays drastically different? Hello Watch Dogs!"
