Legal representatives for Fallout 3 publisher Bethesda Softworks have sent a cease and desist letter to Xreal, an indie studio currently working on Fortress Fallout, demanding the developer change the games title and no longer applies for its trademark.
Bethesda’s legal team doesn’t want you or anyone using the word ‘Fallout’, and get all caught up on the drama over the length of The Order: 1886.
