Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare features Battlefield-inspired mode

Added: 17.12.2013 18:19 | 11 views | 0 comments

will feature a multiplayer mode called Gardens and Graveyards that's been based off Battlefield's Rush and Conquest modes, Popcap Games has announced.

The 24-player multiplayer mode will also include a hint of the series' traditional tower defence gameplay. Gardens and Graveyards will feature the zombie team attempt to capture bases on the map, with the plants team trying to put a stop to the undead advance. If a base is captured by the zombies, the area will turn into a graveyard and the plants team will have to retreat to the next location.

Popcap is making the game in the Frostbite 3 engine, and the class-based shooter will also feature a four-player co-op alongside its competitive multiplayer.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will be released for Xbox One and Xbox 360 on February 18, 2014.
