Despite a reported disparity in pre-orders, the Xbox One was released in late 2013 to much fanfare. The launch was the most successful in Australian history, an achievement that was not repeated in any other territory across the world. Since that day, the PlayStation 4 has been outselling the Xbox One at a reported ratio of two to one. Not the ideal scenario, particularly since the Xbox brand has always been strong here in Australia, but Jeremy Hinton is confident that a strong line-up of exclusive titles and the opening of local Azure Centres here in Australia might help tip the balance over the coming years.

Siliconera: "Earlier last month, Kingdom Hearts creator of Square Enix, Tetsuya Nomura, revealed his rendition of Hatsune Miku during an art exhibition for the Vocaloid that took place last month. The above is a look at a video demonstration that was shown at the exhibit. While the video presentation wasnt part of a game, Nomura discussed the possibility of a Hatsune Miku video game collaboration, and said that it would be up to Vocaloid producers Crypton Future Media to decide."

Thus began a love affair with the franchise, lapping up each new title, excited to shoot shambling souls in the face all over again. Sadly, I dropped off around Resident Evil 5, and sought my monster shooting action elsewhere. However, with a promise of doughnuts, I was lured back in, and went to take a look at two upcoming Resident Evil titles The remaster of the much celebrated Gamecube Resident Evil, and Resident Evil: Revelations 2, a sequel to a spin off title that started on the 3DS.
