The Order: 1886 is more than "just a cover shooter"

GRTV caught up with SCEE producer Gavin Russell to discuss the E3 builds of The Order: 1886. "We don't want it to be seen as just a cover shooter," says Gavin Russell. "We have a lot of story. A lot of history within the characters themselves that we want to bring forward. And by literally just saying just run, gun, run, gun - and then giving you a cutscene. That's not good enough for us."

With that said, Codemasters seems to have grown accustomed to releasing racing games on a regular basis now, and the fear is that frequent new releases wont be as high in quality as previous ones.
