TurtleStrike Review (iPad)

It seems like we've been hearing about the turn-based multiplayer battle game TurtleStrike for quite some time now, but I guess that's to be about expected: the word around nature is that turtles are typically pretty slow. Just don't tell them you heard it from me though, because I wouldn't want to cross paths with one of these deadly rocket launcher-wielding creatures along their water-based battlefields anytime soon!

Mahjongg Dimensions Unblocked Review (iPad)

Similar to the original , Mahjongg Dimensions Unblocked takes the classic tile-matching game of mahjongg solitaire and shoves it into true 3D. Match tiles and rotate the cube as you save helpless cubies from the mean ole red cubie!

A Ride into the Mountains Review (iPad)

I'm a sucker for archery in video games. That and horses. It's probably why I love Shadow of the Colossus so much. And My Little Pony: Crossbow Edition. But bringing archery to mobile devices hasn't always been the winner that I'd have hoped it'd be.

Atom Shooter Review (iPad)

Added: 25.07.2013 22:00 | 6 views | 0 comments

Gamezebo Rating: 70

As long as there have been video games, there have been parents who won't let their children play them. Citing such aspects as ultra-violence, waste of time, and/or lack of any real accomplishment, these parents have blindly chosen to condemn the media, and for too long the children have suffered - until now. With new sci-non-fi (did we just create a genre title!?) shooter from developer Vinyl Pixels, Atom Shooter, gamers will not only have the ability to pilot a rocket armed to the teeth with futuristic weaponry, but they'll also be able to learn a thing or two about actual, applicable science. Take that, mom!

Sky Gamblers: Cold War Review (iPad)

Added: 25.07.2013 17:00 | 3 views | 0 comments

Gamezebo Rating: 60

I like aviation and warplanes as much as the average person, but for an air combat game to really hold my attention, it needs to offer two things: options and fun. Sky Gamblers: Cold War is absolutely brimming with the former, so much so that it can be difficult to know where to begin. However, it's also distinctly lacking the latter.

Futuridium EP Review (iPad)

Added: 25.07.2013 16:00 | 4 views | 0 comments

Gamezebo Rating: 40

Remember when Starfox hit the Super Nintendo way back when? Do you remember how amazed we all were by the "hyper-realistic" polygonal graphics quality and unprecedented dogfights in space realism? Well so does developer Mixedbag, and they're out to prove it with Futuridium EP, a decidedly lackluster title that will drive even the most seasoned gamer to the brink of insanity.

X-Rainbow Review (iPad)

Added: 24.07.2013 15:00 | 3 views | 0 comments

Gamezebo Rating: 40

X-Rainbow is a Breakout game at its core: colorful rows of blocks dominate the screen, susceptible only to a ball shot by the player's touch. With a few ideas borrowed from and a handful of unique puzzle mechanics added in, this newcomer should have proven a great addition to the brick-breaking family. Unfortunately, good genes don't guarantee success, and X-Rainbow falls far short of its potential.

Pac-Man Dash! Review (iPad)

Added: 23.07.2013 18:00 | 4 views | 0 comments

Gamezebo Rating: 60

For as much as gaming has managed to change and evolve over the years, there have always been a few iconic characters that manage to stick around through all the ups and the downs. Pac-Man is certainly one of those icons, and embracing the world of mobile gaming in 2013, the hungry little yellow man returns in his first attempt at an endless runner game. As you might expect, Pac-Man Dash! puts players in the role of Pac-Man himself, as he runs through a number of gorgeous 3D environments, scooping up all those tiny yellow dots (called "cookies" in the game), eating fruit, and turning ghosts blue.

Zombies!!! Review (iPad)

Added: 23.07.2013 17:00 | 4 views | 0 comments

Gamezebo Rating: 60

The original board game of Zombies!!! was a very divisive title. On the one hand, everyone loves the hungry undead, and the game somehow managed to cram a hundred tiny plastic braineaters into one cheap box. On the other hand, it got criticised for a lack of strategy and excessive playtime. Now it's finally shambled onto iOS.
