Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts is triggered automatically after resolving From the Ashes. It's triggered at the same time as Here Lies the Abyss. However, while you can do Here Lies the Abyss immediately, Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts generally requires a much higher level.
