Ultimately its the tale of two recently married scientists, doctors Stephen Appleton, and Kate Collins. Its June 1984, and Stephen returns to his hometown, the fictional rural village of Yaughton, along with an apprehensive Kate to work for a year at Yaughtons observatory. Their project? An astronomical pattern they have been studying, with an alignment event due to occur sometime after their arrival.

Nintendo announced today that the price of the 2DS will be reduced on August 30. On that day, the system will only cost $99.99, down from the current suggested retail price of $129.99. All 2DS units in North America will continue to come with the digital version of Mario Kart 7.
