An interview with Warhorse studios about Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Added: 26.12.2014 8:11 | 5 views | 0 comments
As you know, nowadays we can rarely see realistic titles, especially the RPG ones. Warhorse was a studio consisted of just 10 employees. Back in July 2011, they announced their realistic RPG title, Kingdom Come: Deliverance for ultimately a December 2015 release and to pump a fresh blood into the genre. A title that shortly after starting a Kickstarter campaign was fund even more than what they aimed. The developers have promised a mix of a rich and compelling story, Skyrim's freedom, the setting of Mount and Blade, the storytelling of The Witcher and Red Dead Redemption and a tough combat system like Dark Souls into a single, gorgeous package; Since then, the Warhorse Studios has expanded and got much more bigger and a tech alpha build of the game has been released. So we decided to arrange an interview with the folks in Warhorse Studios to get formation about the game.

"My favourite video game series of all time is the Legend of Zelda. Such is the quality of the franchise that the mere mention of it can spark cheers from crowds of fans - something I personally witnessed at the rePLAY concert at the Sydney Opera House. Many games throughout history have had the Zelda series serve as an inspiration, and some, such as Darksiders, turned out beautifully as a result. Other games, such as Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom, take the best Zelda game, A Link to the Past, copy and paste everything, delete the soul, Photoshop some Adventure Time over the top and release as a full retail title, and it makes me angry. "WayForward has been toying with the Adventure Time property in games for a while now, and hasnt quite managed to merge the shows wacky personality with a compatible interactive experience up to this point. Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom finally gets the pairing right, and while its not without its flaws, its a lot better than most other TV to video game adaptations."
