[Update] Unfortunately it looks like Guillermo del Toro was right about the future of Silent Hills. The game has been canceled according to the following Konami statement sent to Kotaku this morning:
Konami is committed to new Silent Hill titles, however the embryonic ‘Silent Hills’ project developed with Guillermo del Toro and featuring the likeness of Norman Reedus will not be continued.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III will launch on November 6... at least, that's what a "leaked" GameStop flyer would lead us to believe.

The leaked image, which was provided to Kotaku by a tipster, not only notes the aforementioned release date, but also provides details on a pre-order incentive. According to the alleged marketing materials, those who plunk down money on the game early (for Xbox One, PS4, or PC) will gain access to a pre-release beta.

And the leaks don't end there, as yet another batch of images have since surfaced online, outing a 4-player co-op campaign, a more robust Zombies mode that features XP-centric character progression, and a "momentum-based chain-movement system."
