Hamster has delayed Azito x Tatsunoko Legends from its planned March 19 Japanese release to spring 2015. The Xbox One simulation game, which features characters from Tatsunoko Productions, sees players building secret underground bases, developing and deploying weapons, and issuing commands to hold back enemy forces. Hamster cites various reasons for the delay and offered its sincerest apologies for fans who expected to play the game on March 19.

Free-to-play games have an interesting stigma attached to them. Because the base game comes free, it generally means the developer and publisher will have to come up with some other way to make money, usually through micro-transactions. Fable Legends, Lionhead Studios upcoming multiplayer-only Fable title, will indeed be free-to-play but it looks as if it will be one of the few free-to-play models that gets it right.
