Smash Bros. Most Wanted: Link (Majoras Mask)

Added: 13.09.2014 17:12 | 9 views | 0 comments

GameKoop's Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Joe Douress writes, "For those of you who have been living under a Spectacle Rock for the past, oh, 14 years or so, The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask is the successor to the highly acclaimed The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the Nintendo 64. Majoras Mask used the same 3D game engine as Ocarina of Time, but introduced a unique, dark story to the Zelda timeline and tweaked the gameplay mechanics of time travel that require Link to repeatedly travel back in time to the beginning of the story to save the world (think, Groundhog Day). During normal gameplay in The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask, Link can transform at will into three different creatures simply by wearing a corresponding mask. As far as a potential moveset goes for Super Smash Bros., I envision these masks as the primary drivers of Links offensive and defensive abilities (plus, a fourth mask for his final smash)."

Total War: SHOGUN 2 - Mac Review | Chalgyr's Game Room

Added: 05.09.2014 20:12 | 5 views | 0 comments

Chalgyr's Game Room writes: Up until the last few years the Mac was never really seen as a gaming machine, which is sad as they have always been so powerful and efficient. I remember how huge it was that Halo was originally going to come to Apple's line of computers (only to have Microsoft gloriously sweep in and transform the title into the beloved game we have now). Ten plus years later the Apple platform is finally starting to take off, likely due to the massive mainstream popularity that the hardware has seen over the last few years. It then took time for developers to start recognizing the Mac platform as a veritable gaming rig. Fortunately along came Feral Interactive who have ported a number of top notch games over to the Apple platform (they do Linux too!) for those of us out there that wish to do a bit of gaming but have stayed away from the Windows platform.

Kôna Devs 'desire' PS4 Version, 'already talking' with Microsoft

Added: 02.09.2014 16:12 | 4 views | 0 comments

VRFocus - Last month VRFocus reported that Parabole, the developer of Kôna, was aiming to create a PlayStation 4 version of the title, which is currently running a Kickstarter campaign for a PC, Mac and Linux release with support for the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD). While the team is still hoping to bring the title to Sony Computer Entertainments (SCE) system, possibly with support for the Project Morpheus VR HMD, it seems as if Microsofts Xbox One console is the more likely option at this point in time.
