Paul James writes "10-12hours of excellent action, super storytelling and incredible design are just a few of the praises that I can heap upon Wolfenstein: The New Order. Machine Games has delivered a more grounded experience despite its alternate history setting; a slow start, and a few strange gameplay choices do little to prevent this iteration of the Wolfenstein franchise from being the great breath of fresh air that the series has so desperately needed, The New Order proves that what is in the future for franchise is now endless possibility."
