Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin Review | GameZone

GameZone's Mike Splechta: "Sure, it might be the most complete version of the game, but the fact that the durability bug remained even after so long is baffling. While I don't personally love all of the changes made, I do feel that FROM made this version for me, and players like me. New players might feel alienated a bit with the crazy enemy placements, but in the end, it's just a matter of "Git gud" right? The PC version is already available now on Steam while the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions will be available on April 7."

| A Gamers Story: How Bloodborne Revived This Gamers Love For Games
Added: 02.04.2015 20:17 | 3 views | 0 comments
Nerdacy: On a select Tuesday afternoon, I met up with fellow gamer Michael Louria at a local hipster coffeehouse in southern California where werent judged for our differing faiths: me being an Xbox guy and him being Switzerland. I took one look at his Steam library and quickly realized there was more than enough evidence to back up his self-proclamation of being a gamer. He knew who he was and didnt need a website, forum, or streamer to convince him otherwise.
While we were waiting for our drinks a medium (not grande) Caramel Latte for Michael and a small Moroccan Mint tea for me we discussed the various happenings in our lives, such as feeling a bit out of place at this hole-in-the-wall shop. Once the drinks came, got down to business.
This is Michaels story.

Kotaku:
"Pretty much every war game ever made has been played from the perspective of the military. This War of Mine on the other hand puts you in the shoes of the civilians of a war-ravaged city, with the goal of survival, rather than victory. Kotaku loves it, and Steam has it for $7 off today."

| Final Fantasy: Record Keeper Review | IGN

IGN:
Its been over 20 years since I first encountered Final Fantasy IVs Mist Dragon, but I still remembered that attacking it when it turns into vapor is as futile as punching air. So when she pulled this trick again in Final Fantasy: Record Keeper I ordered my party to defend themselves and wait; the moment the dragon re-emerged, I ordered the dragoon Kain to perform his signature Double Jump move, then had Cloud finish it off with a heavy sword blow. Yes, Cloud. That burst of novelty and nostalgia makes this free-to-play turn-based RPG for mobile devices briefly entertaining, though it began to fade away as I realized that Record Keeper has little depth or breadth.

GamesAsylum: "EAs latest shooter shuns soldiers and all things military in favour of cops, car chases and organised crime. Set amidst Miamis seedy underbelly, the single-player campaign sees police detective Nick Mendoza being paired up with the headstrong Khai Minh Dao to find those responsible for the influx of a new drug known as Hot Shot.
It soon transpires that not everybody on the police payroll is quite who they seem, knowingly leading Mendoza into increasingly messy situations. At what point does stopping a fellow officer from heading to an early grave count as aiding and abetting? For Mendoza this fine line is blurred right from the outset no time at all is wasted getting the storyline up to speed.
The plot is a clear cut above other games of this ilk. New faces are introduced frequently while the story takes Mendoza and Khai to Miamis slums, city streets, hilltop villas and even the surrounding swamp land for an unexpected free-roaming mission involving an air b...

PC Gamer - Assassin's Creed Chronicles consolidates the series' epic tale of parkouring and stabbing into two-and-a-half dimensions, while broadening its perspective to even more historical eras and exotic locals. Rather than focusing on just one time period, Chronicles will release in separately sold episodes, with a new character and time period for each. The first of these stars a female assassin in Ming Dynasty China, the next is set in 19th century Russia, and the third in colonial India.
