that Nintendo is now refunding $19.99 of eShop credit to those who previously purchased the Arkham Origins Season Pass."Thanks so much for your support of Batman: Arkham Origins on Wii U," begins Nintendo's e-mail.
"We are contacting you today because you purchased the Batman: Arkham Origins Season Pass for Wii U. We hope you've been enjoying the content that has been delivered thus far. Based on demand for Downloadable Content on the system, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has made the decision to remove its offering of the upcoming new story campaign for Wii U. As a result, we will be crediting the entire $19.99+tax cost of the Season Pass back to your Nintendo eShop account. You will still be able to enjoy the content already released thus far."
The Arkham Origins season pass included a trio of skin packs, an Initiation challenge rooms pack, and the upcoming campaign content. It is still available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC versions of the game.
"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support of the game," concludes Nintendo.

Won't be getting the story campaign DLC, confirms Warner.
Warner explained the decision to VG247. "Based on demand for DLC content on the system, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has made the decision to remove its offering of the upcoming all-new story campaign for Wii U," reads a statement from a PR rep. VideoGamer.com Analysis Being shafted on DLC isn't unusual for Wii U; Ubisoft hasn't offered any DLC for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 missed out on additional map packs. Unless Wii U sales begin to pick up, it's a situation unlikely to change. Source:...
