How are you getting on with GTA Online? Burned through any especially well-paid missions lately? Made a million or two? Or are you still surfing around in a sea of technical difficulties? If that's the case, Battlefield 4's executive producer Patrick Bach would like you to consider the following before unleashing your wrath at Rockstar Support.

Added: 16.10.2013 11:48 | 5 views | 0 comments

"You should compare it to other games on the same platform," not different versions.
DICE aims to make Battlefield 4 look as handsome as possible on every platform available - and is accordingly braced for criticism, as fans pick up on the inevitable discrepancies between different versions of the game. Speaking to OXM at the British Academy Of Film & Television Arts centre in London yesterday, the franchise's executive producer Patrick Bach predicted that some players would "nag" the developer over the details, but insisted that DICE would never compromise for the sake of graphical parity.

Pixelitis Preview: [NYCC '13] Strider slices and dices

Added: 15.10.2013 3:18 | 0 views | 0 comments

"Its been a long time since weve seen a Strider game: 13 years, in fact. News of a reboot of the series came out of left field for many San Diego Comic Con goers this past summer, and while some fans may be hesitant about it given developer Double Helixs track record, I knew I had to try it out myself to see how it holds up. Admittedly, I fall into the camp of people who are more familiar with Strider Hiryus presence in the Marvel vs. Capcom series then in his arcade and console past. Nevertheless, the premise is easy to grasp: Strider is an assassin hellbent on taking out the villainous Grandmaster Meio, and so you dash, jump and slice your way through his forces in a gracefully fast-paced manner." - Patrick Kulikowski

New York Comic Con 2013: Cosplay Roundup Day Two

Added: 13.10.2013 14:18 | 2 views | 0 comments

"A full-fledged Comic Con day is never complete without the cosplay. And what a treat it was today. Weve got some wacky stuff, including Capn Crunch, Nina from Breath of Fire II and Tenzin from The Legend of Korra. Staffer Patrick Kulikowski nearly blew up on the spot when he saw Nina In any case, it was a packed show floor with tons of friendly cosplayers milling about and showing off their detailed works of art. We also got a wicked awesome picture of Eiji Aonuma of Zelda fame with a ton of Links, Zeldas and even a Charles Barkley hanging around. Check out the chock-a-block-full gallery of images and find yourself or your friends." - Pixelitis Staff
