Brian Wilson writes: Beyond: Two Souls is nothing short of a thrilling, action packed, emotional, adventure game that takes a different path from the others. If you were a fan of Heavy Rain, I highly recommend checking this one out. David Cage has gotten some heat for being over the top and ambitious, but I applaud his work on top of Ellen Pages and William Dafoes acting. Beyond: Two Souls melds the world of movies and games into one. Quantic Dream created a personalized masterpiece that should most definitely be experienced.

| What Is The Point Of Beyond: Two Souls?
Added: 15.10.2013 23:01 | 4 views | 0 comments
Note: These are my personal views. GameRevolutionÄ‚Ë€â„Ës Nick Tan reviewed Beyond: Two Souls and actually liked it, so maybe IÄ‚Ë€â„Ëm just crazy.
I have controlled my video games in many different ways over the years. I have tilted my PlayStation 3 controller to guide the trajectory of a petal in flower; I have swung my WiiMote to simulate hitting a tennis ball in Wii Sports; I have even lethargically gyrated my hips in order to mimic a thoroughly degraded dancing Han Solo in Kinect Star Wars. More so than any other entertainment medium, video games offer a myriad of ways in which you can experience them. The recently released Beyond: Two Souls, though, continues developer Quantic DreamÄ‚Ë€â„Ës trend of taking control away from the player, instead choosing to guide you carefully through its story rather than having you explore it. The question being asked of it by its detractors, though, is why?

Beyond: Two Souls is a game developed by Quantic Dream, the company that brought fan favourites Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy and Heavy Rain and widely known as a Movie-Based-Game Company. Following in the style of David Cages narrative and story design, the game plays more like a choose your own adventure with quick time events taking up the majority of the gameplay.
