Dispatcher Preview (Denkiphile)

Added: 02.08.2015 14:18 | 6 views | 0 comments

Eldon from Denkiphile: "Remember when procedurally generated horror games were all the rage? I remember when games like Slenderman and SCP Containment Breach were so popular on YouTube that it felt like everybody and their mothers were doing Lets Plays with facecams and faking reactions. CivilSavages Dispatcher feels like a game thats designed for that market, and while still in Early Access, does feel fairly solid and unnerving to play."

Replay: VHS is not Dead Review (Denkiphile)

Added: 02.08.2015 5:18 | 3 views | 0 comments

Brian from Denkiphile: "Remember VHS? Its back! In video game form! Lousy references aside, Replay: VHS is not Dead is the latest puzzle platformer by Neko Entertainment. Youd never know it unless you looked it up (like I did), but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this game is actually the work of a group of students backed by Neko. Good on them, as this definitely has way more polish than I would expect from a group of students."

Long Live the King Kings Quest Episode 1 A Knight to Remember Review | GIZORAMA

Added: 31.07.2015 4:18 | 14 views | 0 comments

Tyler Nope, GIZORAMA - "Kings Quest is admittedly a series Im completely unfamiliar with, so youll excuse me for never feeling nostalgic about Sierras reboot. What intrigued me more, though, was to see how the final product would exist alongside Telltale Games recent offerings. Kings Quest offers another re-examination of what is otherwise a dead genre the point-and-click adventure game and comes away with a somewhat different take than Telltale or even Double Fine."

Kings Quest Chapter 1: A Knight to Remember Review | GodisaGeek

Adam Cook: "A Knight to Remember is a wonderful, mostly self-enclosed story that leaves you looking forward to the next chapter its one that feels as though it came at just the right time. Ignoring the gritty, violent nature that most others are chasing, Kings Quest is a whimsical, aesthetically pleasing, funny take on a genre that is all about the characters. For our childhoods indeed, and long may it continue, as this is one nostalgic journey thats well worth it."
