Life is Strange Episode 2 - Out of Time Review [Deaslpwn]

Deaslpwn: Seven weeks is far too long to wait between episodes. Episode 1 was a fantastic opener, but the initial six-week wait between episodes became seven after a small delay. Considering Capcom recently released four episodes in four weeks for their episodic Resident Evil: Revelations 2, it would seem to make much more sense to follow their model by finishing development of a game and then releasing it, rather than frantically trying to meet deadlines every six weeks. More to the point, with story-heavy content like this, it can be difficult to remember just what the hell is going on. The major events stuck in my head easily enough, but some of the interactions with smaller characters were much harder to recall. That said, checking Max's diary and her character bios was a big help, and for the most part, I felt like I was up to speed enough without needing to replay the first episode. Naturally, if you're holding off until every episode is out, you're not going to have a prob...

Capcom Removes Local Co-Op from RE5: Gold - Claims Code Does Not Work on PC, Modders Prove It Wrong

DSOGaming writes: "Well, you gotta admit that Capcom is making some really idiotic decisions. After the complete nonsense with the removal of local co-op from Resident Evil Revelations 2, Capcom decided to yet again give the middle finger to PC gamers by completely removing the local co-op code that was present in Resident Evil 5."

My Month-Long Resident Evil Binge, and Why Capcoms Monsters Will Never Change

Added: 30.03.2015 11:18 | 7 views | 0 comments

Vice: The other night I saw a weird amorphous shape moving on the ground just in front of my apartment door. It was dark and I was returning home from a late-night caffeine run and couldn't see very well over the reddish glare of a street lamp that cuts the shadowy façade of my building in two. Now expecting an encounter with whatever the hell I was looking at, two thoughts ran through my head simultaneously: it was too big to be a cat, and it must be some mutated horror infected by the T-Virus. When it turned to face me, I met the beady gaze of a possum (next thought: hope it's not rabid). Not exactly the Umbrella-engineered biohazard I'd assumed, but that's what gorging on nothing but Resident Evil for weeks on end does to your brain.

.

If you purchased the game on Steam, you'll be automatically upgraded to the full Steamworks edition so you don't have to use GFWL anymore. If you originally bought a retail package GFWL version, you can use the GFWL activation code on Steam to redeem the Steamworks-enabled version. The game also has a built-in tool to allow you to transfer save data and Achievements from the GFWL version to Steam.

Sadly, any DLC content you bought directly from Microsoft's GFWL Marketplace store will not carry over to Steam due to the lack of a CD or activation key.

If you want, you can also just keep playing the GFWL you have installed.

The new Steamworks version also adds the Gold Edition content that was released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Available for $15, the Untold Stories Bundle adds a versus mode, four new costumes, Mercenaries Reunion, and two new story-based chapters.
