Getting Lost in the Retro Adventure Charlotte's Dream

Added: 23.06.2015 0:15 | 8 views | 0 comments

Serena Nelson writes: "In Charlotte's Dream you play as a young girl named Charlotte. She barely manages to survive a horrible car accident but her brother isn't so lucky. She's haunted by intense pangs of guilt and she finds herself trapped in her own nightmares as she struggles to deal with her loss. As she traverses this surreal landscape she has to face her fears and struggle to find acceptance and, hopefully, peace. While Charlotte's Dream takes a lot of inspiration from the classics of the 1990s it also tries to break from the mold. Robert Guiscard plans on incorporating a...crafting system of sorts as well as a "leveling system" utilizing some RPG elements. Whether this is similar to what Quest for Glory did or not remains to be seen."

The Most Expensive Games On GameStop's New Retro Store

Added: 22.06.2015 22:15 | 4 views | 0 comments

Kotaku: Whats old is new again. Unfortunately, its also pricey. GameStop launched its long-discussed retro store today, and most games are available for pretty reasonable prices. $12.99 for Metal Gear? Sure. $6.99 for Sonic the Hedgehog 2? Alright. Even $34.99 for Mega Man 2 isnt ridiculous, considering what its going for over on eBay. It doesnt take long for old school games to start breaking the bank, though, and I wanted to know the priciest games on GameStops storefront.
