Dead Island Riptide is the somewhat sequel to 2011s Dead Island, the one with the epic trailer that got everyone so hyped up. Majority of earths population wants this game; who doesnt want a first-person open-world action RPG with zombies in it?

Game Over Online: "Like the original Dead Island, Riptide plays like an open beta. It simply does not feel like a finished product, and a few more passes to add polish, stability, and balance wouldve been nice before unleashing the game on the world. The good news is that with a few other players along for the ride, that doesnt matter as much as it should, and you end up with a heavily flawed but nonetheless entertaining experience. Theres no reason at all to play it alone, but if you can round up a consistent crew to run through the game together, its well worth the price of admission."

AusGamers has reviewed Dead Island: Riptide and writes: Riptide brings absolutely nothing new to the experience of the first game. If anything, it just piles on new frustrations. It may look deadly beautiful but it is not worth your time. This is practically the exact same experience as the first game.
