The display on the new Oculus Rift Development Kit 2 (DK2) uses the display of a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, as discovered in an iFixit teardown of the virtual reality headset. The Samsung logo-sporting Galaxy Note 3 display panel in the headset features a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED 1080p screen with its Synaptics touchscreen controller left intact.
