Why Xbox One is Still a Tough Sell for Multi-Console Owners

Added: 25.06.2015 23:15 | 10 views | 0 comments

VGChartz's Evan Norris: "Right now, Microsoft, in collaboration with select retailers, is offering a generous deal for prospective Xbox One owners - buy an Xbox One (with Halo: The Master Chief Collection or two Assassin's Creed games) and get a free retail game. Potential buyers can choose from a long list of games which includes Batman: Arkham Knight, Elder Scrolls Online, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Depending on which bundle you choose, that's as many as five games and a current-gen system for $400. Not bad at all. Yet I'm unmoved. Despite this generous offer and despite Microsoft's strong showing at this year's E3, I'm reluctant to invest in the Xbox One ecosystem. Why? Well, there are several reasons. But the most important, by far, is what I already own."

Sony investigating slow PSN download speeds in Europe

Dealspwn: "Have you noticed that PSN downloads are taking longer than usual? We certainly have -- what with DriveClub's PS+ Edition and the monstrous Elder Scrolls Online patch taking an age -- and we're not alone. It turns out that many European PS4 owners have reported slow download speeds and Sony are actively investigating the issue."

NGB | The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Review

Added: 24.06.2015 20:15 | 6 views | 0 comments

NGB Wrote: "15+ hours in, I feel that I have not even scratched the surface of what The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited has to offer. The more time you put in, the more you will get out of it. I honestly believe that if this was offline only, I would of scored the game a lot less due to quests often lacking any variety to them. I think with any MMO, a long term commitment is needed, but if your new to them like I was, do not feel intimidated in to giving them your time and attention. Using the word 'review' feels wrong with this game, as no amount of hours game time can truly give a definitive answer of what the game can offer. With endless quests, side-quests and the whole world of Tamriel to explore, this is a game that will keep your console warm for months to come. If your reading this and have always wanted to give an MMO a try, The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited will welcome you with open arms."

Tell GameRevolution: Fallout or The Elder Scrolls?

Added: 23.06.2015 21:00 | 7 views | 0 comments

Bethesda has two big role-playing franchises that have really resonated with gamers all across the globe. Both are completely open world and have seen multiple installments.

Do you prefer the Fallout series and its deserted, destroyed, and (sometimes) depressing landscape, chock full of history and iconic landmarks that once were? Or perhaps you lean more towards The Elder Scrolls and its fantastical world, populated by mages, dragons, and torch-lit caverns?

ESO: How to Dungeon

Added: 23.06.2015 10:15 | 7 views | 0 comments

The Elder Scrolls online has many fun activities for friends and strangers to team up and complete. Ranging from questing to killing strong enemies on the world map and arguably the most fun part of ESO, PVP in Cyrodil. Now when it comes to a certain activity there are a lot of new players to the MMO scene that seem to struggle. Dungeons are a 4 player co-op mode that takes a lot of team work and above all-knowing your role. While you may get away with just blindly running through the dungeons for the first few getting closer to end-game you will really struggle if you haven't learnt how these dungeons work.
