Speaking to VideoGamer.com yesterday, Thief's producer Stephane Roy said that he "really want[s Thief] to be part of your future and not just part of your past...
"If people don't like this game, I doubt we're going to have more. I don't want to have another ten years between this game and another one. I want to make sure we're going to [be able to continue] to work on this franchise, so we must succeed on this one."
