Gaming Age: "Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams certainly is a pretty game, and at it's core is a decent platformer. But, that's about it. A simple platform adventure that you basically run from point A to B, throw in a boss battle, rinse and repeat. What will draw gamers in is are the stunning visuals and simple gameplay that almost anyone can get the hang of. You will see elements from other games and very little being done with them, and it's that fact that really keeps true to the Giana Sisters legacy, something borrowed and not that much new. While the world switching is a nice touch, it really doesn't distract from the fact that it's a simple game that has a hard time standing out. It's lengthy loading times, small control issues and somewhat hefty price tag are also turn offs here. If you are a Giana Sisters fan from way back, then you will no doubt grab this one. For everyone else I recommend trying out the demo, to see if you will enjoy it. It's not terrible or broken by any mea...

Venture back into the realm of Persona. This time, the story revolves around Maya Amano, a budding reporter from a teen magazine. One day, she is sent to investigate the recent murders at Seven Sisters High School. These murders are said to be linked to the Jokers Curse, a bizarre ritual that calls upon a demon to grant you your wishes. During her investigation, she is led down a path of darkness which will ultimately lead her to the truth about this twisted world called Persona.

IGN: "Going in, I had to question whether Infinite could live up to the BioShock name after having discarded its signature world of Rapture, with its Big Daddies and Little Sisters and warring philosophies, and starting from scratch. On the way out, I'm forced to seriously question which is the better game. In total, BioShock Infinite is a brilliant shooter that nudges the entire genre forward with innovations in both storytelling and gameplay.
