PES 2016 review | GamesRadar

GR:
Some areas need work, sure, but PES 2016 still manages to play an incredibly enjoyable game of football. The improved Master League mode is a godsend, adding substance to the package and complementing the excellent gameplay. With the advanced collision system, Konami has done in a year what EA has been trying to perfect since FIFA 12. The added physicality and increased number of animations has done wonders for the gameplay. The introduction of an excellent edit mode (see edit it up for more details) to the PS4 version even makes the usual lack of licenses a relative non-issue. Only the drop in gameplay visuals and lack of AI fouls really trouble its relentless march towards greatness.

| Dekavita 7, a Contraption Transforming the PS Vita TV Into a Giant Portable, Sells Out in Japan
Added: 14.09.2015 10:17 | 53 views | 0 comments
Dekavita means Giant Vita in Japanese, and the Dekavita 7 by the Japanese manufacturer GameTech does pretty much what it says on the tin. It turns the small PS Vita TV (or PlayStation TV, as Sony renamed it) into a giant portable console with a seven inch screen.
Youd think something like this wouldnt sell. After all, who would like to turn a non-portable console into a portable as big as a Wii U gamepad?
And youd be wrong.

Added: 14.09.2015 8:17 | 85 views | 0 comments
The Pan European Game Information Board has rated Ape Escape 2, Dark Cloud 2 (Dark Chronicle), and Twisted Metal: Black for PlayStation 4.
Twisted Metal: Black is already available as a PS2 Classic for PlayStation 3 in Europe. It was released in September 2012.
This would appear to be Sony bringing its selection of PS2 Classics from PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4. If anything, you might find out for sure tomorrow, as Sony is holding its SCEJA Press Conference 2015 in Japan.

| Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Review | Codec Moments

Matt at Codec Moments writes: "Its been over 5 years since the release of the last major instalment in the Metal Gear franchise on the PSP, and a lots happened in gaming tech and innovation in that time. Hopes and dreams have been placed with Hideo Kojima and his team that they would keep the high standards weve come to expect from their work. Have they kept us waiting for the best game since Snake Eater, or is Metal Gear Solid V more like Sons of Liberty and likely to disappoint the hardcore faithful?"

| Zombie Defense Review GamersFTW

Zombie Defense provides good levels of strategy options due to how little it starts players off with, combined with the amount of upgrades and unlockables that can be purchased. Some players may find the gameplay and environments repetitive after a while, but those that enjoy creating their own strategies will find the end-game content worth fighting for.

| Microsoft Needs To Free Cortana From Kinect On Xbox One
Added: 13.09.2015 9:17 | 71 views | 0 comments
Forbes: Microsoft is about to redesign the Xbox Ones UI, a change that cant come soon enough and can hopefully free us from the tyranny of the tiles that are simultaneously reminiscent of Windows 8 (yuck) and failed Kinect gesture navigation (double yuck).
Its not as if PS4s UI is some kind of a dreamboat, but its been significantly better than Xbox Ones since launch, and hopefully this change will bring them to at least the same level. But theres one other thing Microsoft is adding to Xbox One in order to make the console feel even more unique from its Sony rival.
Cortana.
