The Paladin itself is totally upgradable from the cockpit right the way through to the hold, upgrading certain areas gives you access to special weapons and tactics, so it will be money well spent. Speaking of money you will of course be rewarded at the end of each mission depending on your play style. You have 3 play styles and are graded on each at the end of a mission, for instance complete the mission without being seen and you will gain more points in the Ghost play style, where as if you go in all guns blazing you will earn the Assault style. The 3 styles are Ghost, Panther and Assault.

CVG:Splinter Cell: Blacklist features the most diverse dog kills in all gaming. You can leap onto them from ledges and snap their necks in tailor-made animations. You can fry them with sticky shockers. You can knock them out with sleep gas. You can knife them in the neck when they lunge for you and, once incapacitated, you can sling them over your shoulder and launch them a good few feet in the air over and over and over. DT:In a recent hands-on with Splinter Cell: Blacklist, I had a chance to see exactly what our other editors have been excited about regarding both the game's single- and multiplayer components. I spent a little time with a couple of single-player missions set primarily in the Middle East in broad daylight, and then jumped into a few Spies vs. Mercs rounds in a Hacker's Den before finishing out with a co-op mission with another journalist through Eastern Iraq.
