Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition Review Gametactics

Added: 09.04.2014 1:14 | 6 views | 0 comments

The Dynasty Warrior series has been around for a long time, and it didnt take long for the main series took the street fighter route, with its Xtreme Legends expansions. This version of the game carries on that tradition, but this time as a full release, not requiring the vanilla version of the eighth installment. This also marks the first mainline entry for the Vita as well. But this game also proves that even after eight installments and many spinoffs that sometimes all a gamer needs is a little more of the same to satisfy that simple desire to have fun. Read on as Eric Kelly reviews Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

GameSaga Previews Doom Warrior, The Gladiatorial MMO Combat Game From Creaky Corpse

Added: 21.03.2014 23:15 | 6 views | 0 comments

Doom Warrior is an upcoming gladiator MMO combat game from Creaky Corpse. The idea is to go around fighting other players and NPCs and levelling your gladiator to the tops of the charts each week. Unlike most games these days, Doom Warrior uses the arrows key as a control method (remember when all games did this?). In GameSaga's preview the game starts off with a short tutorial which teaches you how to fight. You receive prompts in the middle of the screen where your eyes naturally would be focused. These tell you which buttons to hit to perform attacks blocks. Later on when youre past the tutorial, you no longer receive attack hints, just blocking ones. They are also moved out of the middle of the screen and to the bottom left corner. Not sure why, but GameSaga guesses its to keep it out of the way of the action. You wouldnt notice it at first if you didnt know it was there as it goes away fairly quickly.

Written by Jarred Zimmerman - "Well its here. Titanfall has been marketed as the premier new First Person Shooter (FPS), the possible game to dethrone Call of Duty and Battlefield alike by Respawn Entertainment. Titanfall prides its self on its tagline Prepare for Titanfall, a line used within the game when you call down your war-mech from above to pilot on the battlefield. Titanfall is a fast paced, parkour shooter, mixed with Mech Warrior But does it live up to the hype?"

Gauntlet, developed by Arrowhead Game Studios, innovates on past titles while staying true to the brand's legendary format. Players select from four classic fantasy-based characters: Warrior, Wizard, Valkyrie, or Elf. Each character has its own unique strengths and weaknesses. For example, the Warrior does the most damage in melee combat, the Wizard has the most powerful magic, the Valkyrie has the most armor and the Elf moves the fastest.
