Challenge Accepted #37 - Alien: Isolation (Part 2)

Added: 27.08.2015 17:00 | 40 views | 0 comments

It takes a while for the Xenomorph to truly show up in Alien: Isolation, which makes sense. The prolonged delay adds an extra layer of tension, much like the classic 1979 film. When it does makes its grand entrance, the game gets even more difficult. But this is the nightmare mode we're talking about, so difficult doesn't even begin to express the hopelessness of my situation.

Zombi Review | Gamespot

Added: 27.08.2015 12:18 | 7 views | 0 comments

Gamespot: What happens when the sole protagonist in a zombie story dies? They spend so much time gathering supplies, clearing safe areas, and forging new paths through the post-apocalyptic wasteland only to die alone. Who picks up those pieces? One of the hooks of Zombi is that it answers this question. When you die in Ubisoft's first-person survival action game, your character is dead forever. You then begin anew with a fresh face and a mostly empty inventory. Yet the progress your last character made isn't erased--any paths opened or objectives completed are permanent--but you will have to make do without the old hero's supplies. Unless, of course, you can recover all that sweet loot from the corpse. Small problem: You might have to fight your zombified former self to get your stuff back.

Back to Bed Review - The Stairs Are Not What They Seem (PSLS)

Added: 27.08.2015 3:21 | 6 views | 0 comments

"Back to Bed plays off of the idea that waking a sleepwalker is hazardous to their health, and mixes in what seems to be an abstract interpretation of the dreams the sleepwalker is having. Or is it? Bedtime Digital Games shoved a huge amount of imagination into a little game, making it worthwhile to play this console release of a once mobile title." - PSLS
