IrrationalPassions: The Wolf Among Us Season 1 Review

Added: 23.07.2014 4:13 | 1 views | 0 comments

"The pages of any Raymond Chandler or Chester Himes novel can make almost any reader feel like a hardboiled gumshoe. You can live in the dark, twisted corners of fictionalized versions of real-life locales, dirtied by the urchins who grow in the mire. Many of these great noir detective stories are decades old, locked away in libraries or the memories of older generations. This year, Telltale finished a modern day pulp classic in the form of The Wolf Among Us."

The Wolf Among Us: Episode 5 Cry Wolf Review - Alternative Magazine Online

Added: 23.07.2014 2:17 | 2 views | 0 comments

The Wolf Among Us: Episode 5 Cry Wolf takes the masterful build-up of the previous four episodes and delivers a breathless finale that rarely misses a beat. The Telltale engine still groans from time to time, but the beautiful art direction, incredible voice acting (a special mention must go out to rising voice acting star Erin Yvette, who continues to kill it as Snow White!), perfect neo-noir soundtrack (by prolific composer and regular Telltale collaborator Jared Emerson-Johnson) and compelling storyline make the entire experience just as magical as the source material. Its over far too soon, but while it lasts it comes close to Bigby Wolf levels of greatness unbeatable.

Review: Sniper Elite 3: Hunt the Grey Wolf DLC - One life for millions | Examiner.com

Added: 22.07.2014 15:13 | 9 views | 0 comments

Sniper Elite 3 lets you train your sights on the Fuhrer through a mission that seems to fit well with the overall campaign. For paid DLC it might not be the most robust of packs, but does offer some more of the same fun, as well as it's never a bad thing to make Hitler pay.
