[UPDATE] During today's event, Nintendo announced Street Fighter's Ryu and Fire Emblem's Roy are coming to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS as DLC characters. The character model and moves are based on Ryu from Street Fighter II, Nintendo explained in the video. He also has two final smashes, becoming the first character ever to have two powerful finishing moves.
Ryu and Roy are available right now in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS as paid characters. Nintendo warns that the game's servers may experience heavy strain, so you may want to try again later.
Nintendo made quite a few more announcements today during the briefing, including the fact that Ryu and Roy (among others) are getting their own amiibo toys.
New Miiverse costumes: Megaman EXE, Zero, Isabelle, Splatoon Inklings, and Heihachi from Tekken
Suzaku Castle from Street Fighter will be available as a paid stage
New Miiverse stage will show posts that appear in character-specific communitites

Bethesda may have inadvertently revealed Dishonored 2, just a day before its E3 press conference.
What sounds like the word "Dishonored" and "Harvey" were picked up by an open-mic broadcasting to a Twitch stream, and then posted to YouTube.
Although this seems accidental, Bethesda has since tweeted "Twitch test a success. Tune in tomorrow night...for more surprises," indicating it was planned. Though this may just be damage control.
The mic doesn't pick up any details about the game, simply that apresentation by Harvey Smith, co-director of the first game, is happening.
Smith moved to Lyon, France to work with Arkane Lyons, though it wasn't clear on what.

Nintendo NX, Mobile, and Quality of Life
Nintendo disclosed during a meeting with investors that it would not be sharing any details about the NX, its next gaming console, at E3 2015. The company stated that it does not plan to fully reveal the console until 2016. Furthermore, Nintendo stated that they would not be divulging further information about its plans for mobile or quality of life tech at E3 2015 as well.
Titanfall 2

This Telltale Games produced series, based on the immensely popular Minecraft game, will not be appearing alongside the company's other E3 offerings this year. Telltale Games' director of PR Job J Stauffer confirmed the news via Twitter. ViveVR
There will be no big announcements at E3 2015 about Valve's and HTC's contribution to the virtual reality headset pool, Vive VR. This was confirmed when Valve told publication GamesBeat that they would not be taking any meetings at E3 for any of its upcoming games or products. However, we are likely to see the ViveVR headsets around E3 seeing as development kits were recently sent out to some developers.
Of all the major virtual reality headsets, Valve and HTC's Vive is still relatively unknown. Valve has been somewhat secretive about its upcoming SteamVR platform and how the player will interact with it. However, , and keep an eye on GameSpot for impressions and news about VR during the coming week.
