Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li screenwriter to adapt film version of survival horror series.
EA announced that a Dead Space film adaptation and franchise is in the works, according to a San Diego Comic-Con panel about video game adaptations ().
Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li screenwriter Justin Marks was signed to draft the film adaptation's script, while I Am Legend producer Neal Moritz will co-produce it. Marks said during the panel that the film should not be 100 percent faithful to the game in terms of execution. "You would be making 'Event Horizon' or 'Alien'. I've already seen that movie." He stated that filmmakers should prioritize telling the main character's story in a way designed for the medium.
