Paul James of BGU writes "Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was one of the great games of 2013, a game of the year winner in many years, unfortunate to miss out on many accolades thanks in large part to both Grand Theft Auto V and The Last of Us. The game, critically unrecognised at the pointy end of the year perhaps suffered from the fact that it released in January of 2013, and a victim of early year release syndrome. All these compounded issues and exclusivity on the PS3 meant that despite critical acclaim and in excess of 1.4 million sales, Ni No Kuni was criminally ignored by the vast majority of gamers worldwide, and the question Im left asking myself is Will we get a sequel?"
