"Watch Dogs has recently been under quite a bit of fire for having downgraded graphics, however the game actually seems to still be quite detailed as far as textures go, much of the same things look alike. There are a few things that were taken out (or altered) from Watch Dogs that impacts the original promised ambiance of the game, and that is the effects.
