With so many games coming to consumers in... well unfinished state really isn't fair to say, is it? Video games have become massive projects with an incredibly technical scale requiring thousands of man hours and more. Saying Mass Effect 3 was unfinished might be justified because they put out an Extended Cut DLC pack that changed and added to the ending, but say it was released in an unfinished state still isn't the fairest way to explain the situation.
