While you could look to the likes of The Wonderful 101 for unique action and style, Bayonetta 2 largely overrides nuanced design to play smoothly for gamers of all skill levels. Easing the difficulty curve, providing tons of unique weapons, and allowing dedicated players to dress Bayonetta in a seriously foxy outfit made this one of the best experiences of 2014.
