News: Special Edition Animal Crossing 3DS XL launching in June news

The bundle includes a pre-installed digital copy of Animal Crossing: New Leaf and features an Animal Crossing-themed design on its outer shell.

As normal for Nintendo hardware, Nintendo has not announced a price for the special edition console, but early retailer listings point to an £199.99 RRP.

Rumours of an Animal Crossing 3DS XL surfaced yesterday after a listing appeared on UK retailer ShopTo.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf launches on Nintendo 3DS on June 14.
