It seems like Xbox Live on Xbox 360 and Xbox One are experiencing issue and most gamers/subscribers are unable to Sign-In and play their favourite games. Microsoft via official Xbox Live Status Page confirmed the outage by setting the status: "Xbox Live Social and Gaming: Limited".
