Marcus Estrada writes: "Even though it feels like the most recent horror gaming boom is over (if you discount Five Nights at Freddys copycats), it seems that word hasnt yet reached Kickstarter and Indiegogo. We continue to see a whole host of horror projects launch there, some of which look super innovative while others appear to be drawing from extremely rote formulas. I think Sacred Agony could have been on the cusp of breaking out of tropes, but its Kickstarter has failed to draw interest."
