Big Pharma is an excellent factory management and business sim game. Watching and fiddling with your factory is downright hypnotic. The hours just melt away as you play, and there are a ton of hours to be played. It could use a bit of streamlining, just to remove some minor irritations that jostle you out of your groove. Like many factory management games, the complexity may turn some players off, but those of us who enjoy these genres know the complexity is why we play.
