Resident Evil, BioShock voice actors behind Batman: Arkham Origins

Roger Craig Smith and Troy Baker to play Batman and the Joker respectively in upcoming action game; Deathstroke confirmed as playable character.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today revealed voice actors for the leading roles in .

Smith and Baker are voice-over veterans. Smith provided the voicework for Chris Redfield in . More recently, Smith played the voice of Sonic the Hedgehog in Disney's animated film Wreck-It-Ralph.

As for Baker, he is already familiar with the Batman series, having provided voicework for numerous characters in .

Though longtime Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy will not play the Caped Crusader in Batman: Arkham Origins, he has been confirmed for the game. It was recently revealed that Conroy has , though his contribution to the project is unknown.

Batman: Arkham Origins launches --will launch the same day for 3DS and PlayStation Vita developed by a group of former Metroid Prime developers at Armature Studios.
