Alien was a true horror film that combines the omniscient fear of cybernetic and biological horrors. Aliens was an overstuffed blockbuster shooter. This is why I am so excited about Alien Isolation, which is based off of Ridley Scotts original film. Isolation manages to capture, not the blue hues of Aliens, but the neon green darkness of Alien complete with a true horror atmosphere.
